Good quality steel tube... BUT the cuting was very poor.. leaving a razor sharp edge that had cut through the inner plastic bag and nearly through the outer postal back. The end of the tube cut into my finger quite deeply causing blood to flow !!! The tube should be finished much better than this or some protection or warnings added added.. this could be very dangerous !! Picture showing the razor sharp finish uploaded.
